Vitamin B12 is naturally present in foods, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, & dairy products, however it may be harder to get your B12 from foods if you have a particular diet such as being vegetarian or vegan, nevertheless you can get B12 from some plant-based sources, including fortified foods with added nutrients, such as non-dairy milks, like soy or oat, fortified cereals & nutritional yeast.

Should i get B12 injections?
B12 injection are perfect for those who have a restricted diet and may not get B12 naturally or if you have other health conditions which mean you are unable to absorb it properly, such as pernicious anaemia, B12 tablets can be bought over the counter from pharmacies or health stores, but are not as effective as the injection.
